Policies & Procedures

  • If you need to cancel your session, please notify your therapist as soon as possible.


    Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, as well as missed sessions (‘No Shows’), are subject to the full session fee. Exceptions for emergencies will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

  • If you are running late for your appointment, please contact your therapist by phone as soon as possible. If you arrive within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time, the session will still take place but will end at the originally scheduled time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the session will be forfeited and the full session fee will apply.

  • Invoices are issued through QuickBooks, and the payment due date will be indicated on the invoice. Payments are considered late if they are more than one week past the due date, and a $25 late fee will apply.

    For AFU funding, the therapist must be an approved service provider before the first session and invoices can be sent directly to AFU by the therapist.
